5 Rounds Each
10 Cal Ski or Row
15 Sit-Ups
Partner 1 completes a full round then rests while partner 2 completes a full round. Continue until 5 rounds each are accomplished.
After Partners have finished 5 Rounds
One partner will hang from pull up bar while other does max reps of DB Bench. Switch and repeat. Continue for 3 rounds each.
