5 Broad Jumps

Skill

We are working on power and being explosive. Athlete’s will hold dumbbells and begin with just jumping straight up. We will transtion into loaded broad jumps

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

10 Min AMRAP

4×25′ Shuttle Runs

4 Burpee Box Jump Overs

4 Loaded Broad Jumps

Goal is to be quick on the Runs and Recover on the burpees.

Score is total length of jumps at the end of the workout.
