Warm-up
2-3 Rounds
100M Run (or 6 shuttle runs)
20 Squats
10 Pushups
5 Burpees
Each shuttle run rep is 25 feet down + 25 feet back
Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
Must keep and use wall ball the whole time.
12:00 Amrap
100m Med Ball Run
5 Med Ball Sit Ups
10 Med Ball Slams
15 Med Ball Squats
The Med Ball Run can be changed to 6 Med Ball Shuttle Runs if needed (each rep is 25 feet down + 25 feet back)
