Goal to
Health
Everything that you get out of here can be transferred into the real world. We are going to keep you moving, and moving correctly, so that you can still be moving in 20-30 years.
You don’t need to come in 7 days a week with high intensity training. Come in 3-5 times a week and just stay moving.
What is high-intensity interval training (HIIT)?
High-intensity interval training (HIIT) is a form of interval training, a cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recover periods. Though there is no universal HIIT session duration, these intense workouts typically last under 30 minutes, with times varying based on a participant’s current fitness level. The intensity of HIIT also depends on the duration of the session. There is no specific formula to HIIT. Depending on one’s level of cardiovascular development, the moderate-level intensity can be as slow as walking. A common formula involves a 2:1 ratio of work to recovery periods. (Wikipedia).
